Katya has a great passion for women's wellness, her approach is always mindful, delivering balance between mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. With over 30 years of practical experience Katya offers mostly Individual but also some small Group training in areas such as: General Fitness, Pilates Mat Training, Fitness For the Older Adult, Exercise for Osteoporosis and Arthritis, Exercise for Parkinson's, MS, Stroke, Heart Rehabilitation, Exercise for Mental Health, Sports Injuries, Ante and Postnatal, Miscarriage and Loss, Nutrition, Weight Loss, Menopause, Stress Management, Breathing Exercise. Katya also offers and teaches Meditation, Energy Healing, Counselling, and various other Complementary therapies.

Katya's level of experience along with her amazing empathy and deep intuition offers a much different and unique approach, treating everyone with all the kindness and respect they deserve, listening and understanding the journey they travelled. Anyone working with Katya will immediately find themselves welcomed by her friendly approach, at ease in a non-competitive, non-judgmental environment open to all.
